The Cure....but not for what you think....

Alright ladies, here's the deal.

PMS allows girls to act, once a month, like a man does every day.

Anyone else agree with that statement? haha

PMS got you down? here's some ways to feel better/deal with it.

1. Eat Chocolate (forget the dieting and calorie counting. Chocolate is proven to boost your spirits and help you to feel better. Keep a stash of it at school (in your locker, backpack, ect, and in your room or somewhere in the house!)

2. Take warm baths! (Hot water is proven to help with cramps and relieve stress.)

3. Curl up on the couch with a good book and something warm to drink

4. One word ADVIL. Forget the Idprofin, it sucks. Advil works much better.

5. Don't eat salty foods...

6. Where sweatpants and t-shirts.


Now guys, If your girl is going through this, odds are she either isnt going to want you to know or she wont want to be anywhere near you. Be nice about it though, if you do know that its going on. Dont act like its all gross. GET OVER IT.

Here are some ways to help her feel better:

1. Give her lots of hugs and kisses!

2. Bring her chocolate. It'll make her feel better, i promise.

3. Be considerate. She probably isnt going to be wanting to mess around quite as much, i mean, honestly, she probably feels like freakin crap.
